Policy Statement

Responsibilities

Is responsible for providing the necessary resources, setting a clear example, and ensuring this policy is implemented and maintained across the entire organization.
Is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of this policy, including conducting risk assessments, leading safety briefings, and ensuring all on-site personnel have the required training and equipment.
Are responsible for following all safety rules, reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately, and actively participating in our safety culture.

Implementation

This policy will be implemented through a structured framework that includes:

  • Comprehensive risk assessments for all work activities.
  • Regular HSE training and competency programs.
  • Emergency response planning and drills.
  • Thorough incident investigation and reporting to identify root causes.
  • Periodic audits and reviews of our HSE management system.

This policy will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders and will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
